Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use FiveFire. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Parents or guardians who purchase a subscription on behalf of a minor are responsible for their child's use of the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@fivefire.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account, sell access to your account, or allow others to use your credentials. Each subscription is for a single user only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ✕Use FiveFire for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• ✕Share, sell, or distribute FiveFire content (questions, flashcards, essays) outside the platform
• ✕Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of FiveFire
• ✕Impersonate another user or provide false information
• ✕Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of FiveFire or its systems
• ✕Use FiveFire to cheat on official College Board AP examinations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FiveFire — including practice questions, flashcards, study guides, cheatsheets, AI-generated feedback, design, code, and trademarks — is owned by InGaim Partners LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use FiveFire for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

AP® and Advanced Placement® are registered trademarks of College Board. FiveFire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board.

6. AI-Generated Content

FiveFire uses AI (Anthropic Claude API) to grade essays, generate feedback, and power adaptive features. AI-generated feedback is provided for educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of actual AP exam performance or score.

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that AI-graded content perfectly mirrors official College Board scoring rubrics. You should also practice with official College Board materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InGaim Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use FiveFire. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FiveFire in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use FiveFire ceases immediately. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FiveFire after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
